Fiona’s work is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful change happens when we feel truly understood and supported. As an integrative psychotherapist and professional coach, she has seen how combining therapy and coaching can help people gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with greater purpose. By co-creating a safe and reflective space, she supports clients in exploring their experiences and unlocking new possibilities for growth. She has worked with people from many different walks of life who are experiencing a range of emotional challenges.
A dual-qualified psychotherapist and coach, she is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
You may have a sense that something in your life is not quite as you would like it to be. Perhaps you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next.
Our work together offers a space to pause and reflect, away from the pressures of everyday life. In this supportive and confidential environment, you have the opportunity to explore what you are experiencing and begin to make sense of the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be shaping your life.
Therapeutic coaching brings together psychological understanding with a forward-looking coaching approach. While we acknowledge and explore the experiences that have shaped you, our work also focuses on helping you move towards greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Many people find it helpful to speak with someone outside their immediate circle. Our sessions provide a confidential and supportive space where you can gain perspective, explore new possibilities, and move towards a way of living that feels more aligned with who you are.
If you feel this approach may be helpful, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial free 15 minute conversation via Zoom.
Therapeutic coaching can help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. Through our work together, you may begin to notice new perspectives and possibilities emerging.
Everyone’s experience is unique, but the aim of therapeutic coaching is to support you in finding a way forward that feels meaningful and authentic for you.
People seek therapeutic coaching for many different reasons. You may be facing a particular challenge, or simply feel that something in your life needs attention, clarity, or change.

Bereavement is a deeply personal and complex experience, and at times it can feel overwhelming. Loss may affect you emotionally, physically, and practically, often in ways that are difficult to anticipate. Grief can also resurface around significant anniversaries, birthdays, seasonal holidays, or other meaningful moments.
It can be helpful to share what you are feeling in a safe and confidential space. Coming to terms with unresolved issues, unanswered questions, or thoughts of “if only…” can be painful, frustrating, or even infuriating. In our work together, we can gently explore your experience of loss and consider what may help you begin to process your grief in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
“Fiona is incredibly kind and insightful, she has the ability to ask questions and support change in a very delicate, respectful and tactful way, while triggering important self-reflection and being very insightful in addressing the core of the issue with great knowledge, experience and professionalism.”
"I initially sought help from Fiona in a coaching capacity, to support my transition out of teaching; a career I had been in for over 20 years. As a qualified coach myself, I wanted someone therapeutically trained. However, following a life-changing health diagnosis I moved into weekly therapy sessions.
Fiona is professional, insightful and compassionate.
She created a safe and non-judgemental space in which I could explore my thoughts, feelings and behaviours at a time when I felt entirely lost and alone. Her guidance and expertise gave me a strength I didn’t realise I had and importantly, helped me to find my agency and to choose my own way forward.
I would recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation."
"I have been working with Fiona for three years and she has been instrumental in guiding me through all manner of challenges both big and small, quotidian and historical.
Her ability to hold me accountable to my goals, to challenge but also empathise at the right moments has meant that I have been able to grow considerable self-knowledge and understanding of my impulses, actions and emotional triggers.
What I particularly find beneficial is the practical and actionable support and advise which has helped me rewire the way I react and behave. It’s this forward thinking practical support along with analysis of the root causes of my behaviours that I have found incredibly unique and helpful. Fiona is a wonderful therapist and I couldn’t have got through the last few years without her. Thank you!"
Stress can, at times, feel overwhelming and difficult to manage. It may affect both your emotional wellbeing and your physical health, often building gradually until it begins to impact daily life.
In our work together, we can explore how stress shows up for you and what may be contributing to it. While some degree of stress can be motivating and even helpful, prolonged or excessive stress can become exhausting and debilitating.
Together we can begin to identify possible triggers and patterns, and consider practical and supportive ways to reduce the impact of stress, helping you regain a greater sense of balance and resilience.
“Her calm, personable approach and high integrity have created trust and confidence in a process which is inevitably challenging and stressful.”
"Working with Fiona has been hugely rewarding. I have found our sessions and her coaching to be insightful, challenging, and importantly, helpful in moving forward in different domains of career and life."
"I’ve been seeing Fiona for coaching on a biweekly basis for over three years and her support has been transformative. She’s helped me achieve significant growth in my professional life and supported me through some very challenging periods.
Fiona’s skill is in combining warmth and empathy whilst not hesitating to challenge and hold up a clear, honest mirror, often to areas I’d rather not face but most need to. I’m extremely grateful for her help in keeping me grounded, focused on my own wellbeing and continually growing through the complexities of professional life."
"The words that quickly come to mind when I think back to our sessions are: focused and goal-directed, with no pressure to continue once goals are reached. You are also calm, patient, a very good listener and non-judgemental."

The fee for each session is £125.
You will receive a monthly invoice, payable in advance of the scheduled sessions.
If you arrive late, the session will still need to end at the scheduled time.

If Fiona needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

If we decide to proceed, we can arrange the first full session at a mutually convenient time.
